Smarter Rental Booking Modes, Hourly Pricing and Rental Reports

We improved Tideforce rental workflows across booking, pricing, completion and evidence capture. Schools can now choose whether customers can book day rentals, hourly rentals or both, set the default booking mode, and define default hourly rental times and durations. Hourly rentals now support percentage reductions for longer durations, and selected rental windows are shown more clearly as Rental time across booking and confirmation surfaces. Rental completion also handles decimal price extras more reliably, supports manual fixed extras above calculated charges, and saves rental reports more dependably. Evidence prompts are now focused on newly added materials and are not repeated during normal rental status transitions.
